Getting Started & Profiles

You can share your card in multiple ways: by having someone scan your in-app QR code, sending your custom link via text or email, tapping a linked NFC card, or using your Apple/Google Wallet pass.
Yes! Custom domain mapping (e.g., cards.yourcompany.com) is an available add-on feature for Pro and Team users for an additional fee. Navigate to the Settings tab in your dashboard to purchase and configure your custom domain.
Pro and Team users get access to detailed analytics. We track total profile views, link clicks, and lead form submissions so you can measure the ROI of your networking efforts over time.
Profile Customization & Branding
Pro and Team users can enable Icebreaker Widgets in the dashboard. These widgets embed a mini-survey or prompt (e.g., 'What's your favorite coffee?') on your card, encouraging visitors to interact before they connect.
Absolutely! Pro users can unlock premium templates and customize the exact color palette, fonts, and layout to match their personal brand. Team/Enterprise users can enforce brand colors across all employee cards.
Standard links simply open your social profiles. Premium links let you embed specific media (like a YouTube video player, a Spotify track, or a Calendly booking widget) directly onto your digital card for instant interaction.
Lead Capture & Contacts
You can enable a 'Lead Capture Form' on your digital business card. When enabled, visitors are prompted to enter their name, email, and phone number before (or after) viewing your contact details. These leads are saved directly to your dashboard.
Event Mode is designed for trade shows and conferences. It locks your device screen to display only your lead capture form, allowing attendees to rapidly submit their information without navigating away or seeing your private dashboard.
Yes. From the 'Leads' tab in your dashboard, you can export your entire contacts list as a CSV file at any time, which can then be imported into your preferred CRM or email marketing tool.
Billing & Subscriptions
Pro is designed for individuals who want unlimited cards, advanced analytics, and custom templates. The Team plan includes everything in Pro, plus centralized seat management, corporate field locking, and Team-wide Lead Capture via Zapier webhooks.
Navigate to the 'Billing' section in your dashboard. From there, you can securely upgrade your plan, update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Hardware & NFC
No! We do not believe in hardware lock-in. You can buy any generic NFC card, sticker, keychain, or tag from Amazon (NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216) and link it to your En Contacto profile.
Log into the dashboard on your smartphone, navigate to the 'NFC Setup' section, and click 'Write Tag'. Hold your blank NFC card to the back of your phone, and our software will instantly program it with your unique profile link.
Almost all modern smartphones (iPhone XS and newer, and most Android devices from 2017 onwards) have built-in NFC readers that can scan your card without requiring an app.
Mobile Wallet Passes
Pro and Team users can generate a mobile pass. In your dashboard, click 'Wallet Pass' and scan the QR code with your phone, or tap 'Add to Apple Wallet / Google Pay' if you are already on your mobile device.
Yes! Your Wallet pass stores your unique QR code locally on your device. You can double-click your phone's power button to bring up the pass and have someone scan it, even if you don't have internet access.
Teams & Enterprise Features
Team and Enterprise admins can navigate to the 'Integrations' tab and configure a Zapier Webhook. This single webhook will instantly capture leads gathered by ANY employee across your organization and push them directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, or any of Zapier's 5,000+ supported apps.
Navigate to the 'Settings' tab within your Team Dashboard. Here, the Master Admin can define the company name, brand colors, and digital card template. Once configured, simply click the blue 'Push Updates to All Cards' button. After a safety confirmation, this will instantly cascade and forcefully sync these branding settings down to every existing employee's digital card in seconds.
To ensure brand consistency, Enterprise administrators can 'lock' specific fields on employee profiles. For example, you can lock the company logo, website link, and brand colors so employees cannot change them, while still allowing them to update their personal phone numbers and bios.
