When a rep leaves, the contacts stay

A lead captured on a team card is stamped to the workspace at the moment of capture — not to the person holding the phone. That is the difference between a departure costing you a relationship and costing you nothing.

The problem

Every rep is a small, private CRM

Cards get handed out, contacts get saved to personal phones, and follow-ups live in one person's inbox. It works until somebody resigns, and then a year of conversations leaves with them — not maliciously, just because nothing ever pooled it anywhere.

The second problem is quieter: fifteen reps produce fifteen interpretations of the brand. Different fonts, an old logo, a job title nobody approved, a personal mobile on a company card. Nobody set out to do that either.

Why it fits this job

Central control that is enforced, not suggested

The leads belong to the company

Every capture is stamped to the workspace as it happens. When somebody leaves, their contacts stay in the team inbox, listed under their name as a former member, with the card that captured each one.

One brand, applied on the server

The owner sets the logo, color and template once, and can require details like job title or phone. It is enforced when a card is saved, not just greyed out in the form, so it holds even if somebody tries to work around it.

You can see who is actually networking

Team analytics show views, clicks and leads captured per member, so the rep quietly collecting forty contacts a month is visible — and so is the one whose card has never been opened.

In practice

Onboarding a new rep, and offboarding one

A new starter is invited by email, or by pasting a list of them, and their card is generated on brand automatically. There is nothing to design, nothing to print, and no week of waiting — they can share a card on their first morning.

When somebody leaves, remove them from the team dashboard. Their access ends and their account drops to free limits, because it is their account and we never delete it. Every contact they captured stays with the workspace. That is the whole point, and it is the single thing worth checking any competitor against before you buy.

Questions sales leaders ask

What exactly stops a rep taking the contacts with them?
The lead is written to the workspace at the moment of capture rather than being copied there later, so it is in the team inbox before anybody thinks about it. Removing a member does not remove their leads — they stay, labelled as captured by a former member.
How much does it cost for a team of ten?
Team is $10 per seat per month, or $96 per seat per year, with a three-seat minimum. Ten seats is $100 a month billed to one account. Seats can be added or removed at any time; reducing them puts the unused money on your account as credit.
Can I stop reps changing their own details?
You can require details — a card cannot be published without them — and enforce the logo, color and template for everybody. Locking specific fields so a member cannot edit them at all is an Enterprise control.
Do the leads reach our CRM?
Through Zapier or Make. The owner pastes a webhook URL once and every lead captured by anybody on the team is sent onward as it arrives, to Salesforce, HubSpot or wherever you keep contacts. You need a Zapier account; we do not connect to those tools directly.
What if a rep already has a personal En Contacto account?
A free account can accept an invitation and keep working. Anyone who already belongs to another workspace, or pays for their own plan, is skipped with the reason shown to you rather than having their account quietly converted.
