Turn every handshake into a qualified lead.
The person you just met can leave their details on your card, in the moment, without installing anything.
Embedded Lead Forms
When someone opens your card they can send their name, email and phone straight back to you. Nothing to download, and the lead lands in your dashboard.
Send leads onward with Zapier
Connect a Zapier webhook and every new lead is sent to it as it arrives. Zapier is what carries the lead to Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp or wherever else you keep contacts — a Zapier account is required, and we do not connect to those tools directly.
Offline Kiosk Mode
At a stand with bad Wi-Fi, Event Mode locks a tablet to the capture form and stores leads on the device. They upload themselves when you are back online.
After the capture
What happens the moment somebody leaves their details
The lead lands in Captured Leads in your dashboard, and two emails go out without you doing anything: a thank-you to the person who just filled in the form, so the first follow-up happens while you are still shaking hands, and an alert to you saying a new lead arrived. Nothing sits in a queue waiting to be processed.
It is already typed
Name, email and phone arrive as the visitor entered them. No handwriting to decipher, no transcription at the end of the day, no card that turns out to be illegible a week later.
Export whenever you like
Download the whole list as a CSV and import it into your CRM or mailing tool. Export is never locked — it works on the free plan, and it keeps working for 30 days after a paid plan ends.
Or send it onward automatically
Paste a Zapier or Make webhook and each lead is delivered as it arrives, to Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp or wherever you keep contacts.
For teams
The contacts belong to the company, not to whoever was holding the phone
This is the part worth reading twice if you are buying for a team. A lead captured on a workspace card is stamped to the workspace at the moment of capture — not to the employee. When somebody leaves, resigns or is replaced, every contact they collected stays with the business, listed under their name as a former member.
It is an uncommon guarantee, and it is the difference between a salesperson leaving with a year of relationships and leaving with none of them. The workspace owner sees every lead in one inbox with the member and the card that captured it, so attribution is a fact rather than a reconstruction.
What it costs
Included in every paid plan, or $6 a month on its own
Lead capture comes with Pro at $7 a month and with Team at $10 per seat per month, three seats minimum. If you are on the free plan and want only this one capability, it is available on its own as an add-on at $6 a month — although two add-ons cost more than Pro, which includes all of them.
PricingQuestions people ask before switching
- Does the person filling in the form need an app or an account?
- No. They open your card in whatever browser they already have, type their details and are done. Nothing is installed and no account is created, which is the whole reason the form gets filled in at all.
- What happens to my contacts if I stop paying?
- They are held for 30 days. The list is hidden during that time, but you still see how many contacts there are, when the deadline falls, and a working Export CSV button — and we email you at 10, 7 and 3 days beforehand. Re-subscribe inside the window and everything comes back untouched.
- Can I capture leads with no signal, at a trade show?
- Yes. Event Mode turns a page of your dashboard into a plain capture form you can hand to somebody, showing nothing else of your account, and it keeps working offline. Captures are held in that browser and a Sync button sends them up once you are back online — so do not close or clear the browser before syncing.
- Do the leads go into my CRM automatically?
- Through Zapier or Make, yes. Paste the webhook URL once and every new lead is sent to it as it arrives. Zapier is what delivers it onward to your CRM — you need a Zapier account, and we do not connect to those tools directly. On a Team plan the owner sets it once for everybody.
- Who can see the leads my team captures?
- The workspace owner sees all of them in the team lead inbox, with the member and card that captured each one. Members see their own and are told plainly that the owner can see them too.
