At En Contacto, we provide a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because our product is fully digital, instantly accessible, and incurs immediate server costs upon use, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your En Contacto account dashboard.
- When you cancel, your subscription will not automatically renew for the following billing cycle.
- We do not prorate or refund canceled subscriptions.
- You will continue to retain full access to all En Contacto premium features until the very end of your current paid billing period.
Lifetime Deals (LTD)
Purchases of Lifetime Deals (LTD) are also strictly non-refundable due to the immediate, permanent, and unrestricted access granted to the platform's core features.
Exceptions
The only exception to this strict no-refund policy is in the event of a proven billing error on our end (e.g., you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a system glitch). If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
