The contacts belong to the company, not the person
Every lead your team captures is tied to your account the moment it arrives. When somebody moves on, their cards go and the contacts they collected stay exactly where they are — in your dashboard, exportable, yours.
Set your brand once. Your team cannot change it
Choose the logo, the colors and the card design for the whole workspace and they apply to everybody. You can also make details like job title or phone number compulsory, so nobody is handing out a half-finished card with your name on it. Nobody on your team can get round it by editing their own card.
Change something once and every card updates
A new office number, a new logo, a rebrand. Change it in one place and every card in the workspace follows, including the ones already printed on somebody's NFC tag or sitting in a contact's phone. Nothing to reprint and nobody to chase.

Add and remove people as you go
Adding somebody bills the difference straight away. Removing somebody puts the balance back on your account as credit, and it comes off your next charge automatically.
Your finance team can pay by transfer
If a card payment is not an option, tell us and we will raise a proper invoice you can pay by bank transfer. Your workspace is set up when it clears.
If you stop paying, your contacts do not vanish
Nothing is deleted the day a subscription ends. You keep 30 days to export every contact you collected, and we email you before anything goes.

The obvious question
Three people on individual plans is cheaper. Here is what it does not do.
- The brand becomes a request instead of a rule
- On separate accounts you can send everybody the hex code and hope. In a workspace you set the logo, the colors, the company name and the template once, and they are applied to every card by the server — a member cannot override them from their own screen.
- The contacts belong to the person, not the company
- A lead captured on somebody's own account sits in that account, and it leaves when they do. In a workspace every lead is stamped to the workspace at the moment it is captured, so removing somebody removes their card and their access, and leaves you everything they collected.
- There is no way to hand it over
- If the person who set everything up moves on, individual accounts move on with them. A workspace has an owner, and ownership can be transferred to somebody else without anybody rebuilding a card or re-sharing a link.

Four steps, and nobody on your team installs anything
Create the workspace
Choose how many seats you need and pay for them. The minimum is three, and you can change the number later in either direction.
Invite everybody at once
Paste a list of email addresses or upload a CSV and everyone is invited in one action. Each person accepts, and their card is created already on brand.
Set the brand once
Logo, colors, company name and the template every card uses. This is the step that makes the rest of it hold: it is enforced when the card is served, not just when it is edited.
Change it later without asking anyone
Rebrand, and one action updates every card that already exists. The QR codes already printed keep working, because a card's address does not change when its design does.
Everything above happens in the browser. Your team members do not download an app, and neither does anybody they share a card with.
