Choosing a plan
Three plans, and the difference between them is who is using the card.
Free — one card, no card details
One digital card, yours permanently, with your links, your photo and basic analytics. There is no trial clock and nothing to enter at checkout. It is the right choice if you want something to hand over at an event next week and would rather decide later whether you need more.
Pro — $7 a month, or $6 billed yearly
For one person who uses the card as part of the job rather than occasionally. Unlimited cards for your own use, the twelve templates, your brand colors, lead capture, Apple and Google Wallet, the email signature generator and offline event mode. Most people arrive here when one free card stops being enough — a second role, a second language, or a card per event.
Team — $10 a seat a month, minimum three
For a company that wants every card to look the same and every contact to stay. You set the branding once and members cannot override it, you push a change to every card at once, and leads captured by anyone belong to the workspace rather than to whoever leaves. Three seats is $30 a month, or $24 billed yearly.
How billing works
The answers people want before they type a card number.
- Monthly or yearly
- Yearly is charged once and works out cheaper per month — $6 instead of $7 on Pro, and $8 instead of $10 a seat on Team. Monthly is charged every month and can be stopped at any point. Neither has a setup fee.
- Changing plan partway through a month
- Moving up bills you the difference immediately and the new plan is available straight away. Moving down puts you on the cheaper plan straight away as well, and the difference is worked out on your next invoice rather than refunded to your card. You are shown the exact figure before you confirm, either way.
- Adding and removing seats
- Add a seat in the middle of a month and you are billed only for the part of the month that is left. Remove one and the unused value goes onto your account as credit, which is applied automatically against your next charge instead of expiring. Both figures are shown to you before you confirm.
- Paying by invoice
- If your finance department cannot pay by card, ask us and we will raise a proper invoice for the number of seats you need. It is an ordinary way to buy this and it is not reserved for enterprise contracts.
- Cancelling
- Cancel whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is cut off on the day you cancel, and your cards stay online throughout. Afterwards your captured leads are kept for thirty days so you can export them, and we email you ten, seven and three days before they go.
- Tax and currency
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout according to where you are, and it appears on the receipt, which you can download at any time from the billing portal.
The one thing that costs extra
Your own domain, $199 a year
By default a card lives at www.encontacto.io/card/yourname. If you would rather it lived at yourcompany.com/yourname, that is $199 a year on top of your plan, on either Pro or Team. It covers routing the domain to your cards and the certificate that keeps them on HTTPS.
Everything else described on this page is included in the plan price. There is no per-card fee, no charge for the QR codes, and no cap on how often a card is viewed or shared.

- No, they don't. Your En Contacto digital card opens in their phone's own browser when they tap your NFC card or scan your QR code. There is nothing for them to install.
Yes. You can link any standard NFC tag or card to your En Contacto digital card. Write your card URL to the NFC chip with any free NFC writing app on your phone.
- Team Workspaces are billed on a per-seat basis. You pay a single, consolidated monthly invoice for all your employees. As the admin, you can easily add or remove seats, and update company branding across all cards instantly.
- Absolutely. All leads captured through your digital card's built-in contact form are automatically saved to your dashboard, where you can download them as a CSV for easy import into your favorite CRM.
